The Manager/Owner tries to talk in a very weird accent and doesn't show any kind of hospitality to the the customers. He lies  on your face and thinks he is extremely smart for trying to make a fool out of the customers.

He forced to take us some other rooms instead of the ones that we had originally booked. He didn't give us the food menu, when we had requested him for the same and told us to order something that he recommended as it would take less time to cook ( which was not the case, it took him 1:30 hours to serve us the food). The food that was served was not eatable and he didn't serve us what we had ordered. He said the things which we ordered were over, therefore he made us something different.

The rooms were dirty and had a very foul smell. The TV and Wifi didn't work. The rooms didn't have tv remote as well. He didn't even bother to give water to our rooms.

At night he asked us to order food for dinner and we told him that we will eat outside and to that he said, " YOU WILL REGRET IT".

When we came back at night after our dinner, he was drunk and had closed the doors of the hotel. While checking out he overcharged us for the food that we had eaten (that he made us order forcibility).

The hotel staff, especially the Manager Mehraj is very polite and helpful. He even helped my negotiate my taxi prices because I was being overcharged and did not know any better. Such a genuine guy to help by going out of his way. The food authentic and very delicious! The rooms are clean and rather spacious for their price. I would stay here again.

The hotel is at an amazing location, right on the banks of the scenic Suru River. It has a beautiful garden where I spent my mornings with tea and the delicious aaloo parathas (which are a must try).
