1. Our Refund Policy:

• We offer refunds for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
• If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us at info@royalkargil.com.
• Once refund approved it may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account

2. Refunds for Unused Services:

• If you need to check out early or do not use all of the services included in your reservation (e.g., meals, activities), we will not provide a refund for those unused services.
